Meet Jennifer Bondy

Prior to founding Bondy Law, Jennifer honed her skills managing a boutique law firm focused on Estate Planning, Probate, and Real Estate Law. In addition to her decade of legal practice, she spent ten years in the banking industry and later worked for a national title insurance underwriter, gaining valuable insights into the intricacies of the financial and real estate sectors.

Her representation includes counsel regarding:

  • The structure and funding of business entities utilized for real estate holdings, including land trusts and limited liability companies;
  • The acquisition and financing of real estate, including representation of lenders and borrowers in multi-million dollar transactions.
  • The development and disposition of real estate, including representation of local developers and investors in transactions involving housing communities, mobile home parks, and multi-family projects receiving Low-Income Housing Tax Credits.
  • The sale of closely held business interest and general corporate matters;
  • Title and escrow services for residential and commercial real estate transactions;
  • Asset protection strategies for clients with creditor sensitivity seeking to mitigate potential risks;
  • Homestead exemption concerns and portability of accumulated assessment savings;
  • Advice for and implementation of planning and trust funding to ensure proper titling and probate avoidance.
